    $33.25 PER HOUR STARTING PAY, PLUS $.50 SHIFT PREMIUM IF ASSIGNED TO 2ND OR 3RD SHIFT.

    Responsibilities as a GR-III Machine Repair:

     

    • Visually inspects and listens to machines and equipment to locate causes of malfunctions.
    • Dismantles machines and equipment to gain access to problem area.
    • Inspects and measures parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems.
    • Removes and replaces worn or defective parts.
    • Realigns and adjusts components such as spindles and clutches.
    • Locates damaged air and hydraulic pipes on machine, and measures, cuts, threads, and installs new pipe.
    • Starts machines and equipment to test operation following repair.
    • Repairs broken parts.
    • Ability to wire and troubleshoot basic electrical control circuits.
    • Performs all duties and operates machinery & equipment according to MIOSHA standards and company procedures using required safety equipment (gloves, sleeves, ear plugs, etc.).
    • Modifies computer controlled motion of robot.
    • Assists Engineer to modify sketches or computer generated designs of machine components such as hydraulic system and drive mechanism
    • Punctual and regular attendance is required

    Required Skills Required Experience

  • Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred with 3+ years' experience in legal word processing or legal field
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint required
    • Experience and exposure in any of the legal word processing tasks below would be an added advantage; proofreading, Creating TOAs, TOCs, inserting automated cross references, converting PDFs to Word using a variety of software, applying Word styles using macros, troubleshooting problem documents including redlines and documents containing multiple numbering schemes, style separators, cross references, and other automated fields
    • Ability to work through complex legal document markups and instructions in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ability to prioritize various requests and deadlines simultaneously
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including strong knowledge of the English language, including grammar, spelling and punctuation
    • Proven ability to perform complex work in a timely manner and meet strict deadlines
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Ability to interact with client and team members in a professional and respectful manner at all times

    Preferred Skills

    • Familiarity with legal terminology and a variety of document formats used in legal work
    • Knowledge of currently used legal writing styles and citation protocols (The Chicago Manual of Style, The Bluebook and the California Style Manual)
