JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for developing and gathering deep insights and perspective on trends around product growth and portfolio performance; customer experience, acquisition, and subsequent retention; and execution efficiency. The insights gleaned by Advanced Analytics and Insights Strategy Director will be used to identify levers and provide transparency into the return on investment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the customer-centric cultural transformation needed to support a recurring revenue business model through data-driven insights that provide defensible and repeatable means to make business decisions
- Use a combination of disparate data sources to uncover insights relevant to the Kofax customer experience, customer behavior (retention, engagement, cross-sell, etc.), and product performance
- Apply those insights to create and drive strategies that increase revenue growth and customer retention metrics
- Develop the insights storyline to interpret analytic findings to non-technical audiences
- Leverage analytics/data science techniques to develop monitoring of insights to help inform the business
- Close the loop to validate that the proposed solution is performing as it should and is correctly understood by stakeholders
- Support the design and architecture of customer and product experiences to ensure Kofax is collecting the right data to strengthen the business and make data-driven decisions
- Perform exploratory data analysis to understand relationships and opportunities to further influence customer experience, customer retention, and product performance outcomes
- Bring together strategic, creative, and technical skills to help cross-functional leaders understand how data insights can help transform their operations for the better
- Democratize and empower Kofax staff with the data required to make informed, timely, and meaningful business decisions that align with organizational goals for customer outcomes, revenue targets, and operational efficiency

Required Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a quantitative focus (Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Econometrics)
- Demonstrated experience with programming languages such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS
- Demonstrated experience working with large quantitative and qualitative datasets
- Ability to perform exploratory data analysis to understand relationships, opportunities to influence outcomes, and how to attribute cross channel outcomes
- Ability to guide teams on appropriate methodology and approach for developing insights to solve business problems
- Strong storytelling skills with experience presenting to large technical and non-technical audiences all the way to the C-Suite emphasizing translating data science outcomes into business implications
- Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
- PowerPoint and Excel proficiency
- Ability to own deliverables
