    Job Description

    In this exciting role, you have the opportunity to significantly influence the future of the strongly growing Syntegon Group with your work. Together with an internationally operating recruiting team, you will fill positions across the USA with Focus on New Richmond (WI) and Raleigh (NC) Area.

    In this role, you will:

    • Be part of an international TA-Team and manage the internal recruitment process from job posting to interviewing and hiring and support our Hiring Managers from different business units and locations in hiring for positions.
    • Select the most effective recruiting strategy for internal and external candidate acquisition for the vacancies you oversee.
    • Act as a consultant for our hiring managers and ensure an excellent candidate experience as the point of contact for candidates.
    • Work closely with other HR functions such as HR business partners and HR services.
    • Build a network within the company through active relationship management, ensuring efficient and effective staffing of various departments.
    • Monitor all relevant recruiting and success metrics and optimize the effectiveness of your measures.
    • Foster team spirit and collaboration by supporting each other, working towards common goals, maintaining open communication, sharing knowledge, and celebrating successes.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with additional qualifications in the HR field or a higher degree, along with several years of experience in full-life-cycle recruiting in an industrial company and/or ideally a personnel service provider.
    • Relevant experience with modern recruiting and sourcing methods (e.g., direct approach via LinkedIn Recruiter).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as consulting competence, making you a convincing and advisory conversation partner for applicants and our hiring managers.
    • A team player mentality, strong service orientation, and a professional demeanor.
    • The ability to work quality-oriented, meet tight deadlines, handle multiple projects, and prioritize them accordingly.

    Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
