    Keyence Talent Acquisition Specialist as a business partner is in charge of attracting maximum number of applicants via proactive direct sourcing efforts, identifying right talent via innovative selection technique and process, and as a result realizing the hiring plan to ensure the future stability and growth of the Company. A successful individual in this role demonstrates the ability to attract and acquire talent through their proactive efforts and innovate effective recruitment structure via strong analytical and critical thinking skill.

    Principal duties and tasks

    • Develop, renew, and/or maintain optimal Talent Acquisition structure by constantly analyzing the talent acquisition process, data, and feedback from hiring managers and candidates
    • Meet the company’s hiring and headcount goals by proactively and promptly filling open requisitions
    • Maximize the pool of applicants through proactive sourcing efforts including college career fairs, on-line professional social media network (e.g., LinkedIn)
    • Establish and maintain optimum employer branding at key target college campuses across the U.S. through various activities such as college career fairs and speaking engagements, etc.
    • Regularly validate the effectiveness of screening methods such as employment assessments, interview techniques, and technology
    • Systematically monitor and analyze the progress of all hires to ensure that the quality of hires are aligned with business objectives
    • Manage interview logistics and coordination between hiring managers and potential candidates
    • Ensure the company’s recruitment and hiring practices are in compliance with governing federal and state laws and regulations
    • Provide optimal on-boarding experiences to candidates, hiring managers, and support functions
    • Establish strong business partnerships with key stakeholders including but not limited to candidates, employees, managers, and vendors
    • Challenge and improve the current HR programs, processes, procedures, policy, guideline, and structure to allow for future stability and growth through talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, employee relations, HRIS, total rewards, and risk management
    • Plan, execute, and evaluate strategic HR projects to optimize our company and ensure alignment of HR functions with business objectives

  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
    • Ability and willingness to travel overnight to college campuses across the U.S.
    • Professional discipline, tenacity, and agility to reach out as many prospects as possible
    • Critical thinking skills to identify the underlying principles, motivations, reasons, or facts by breaking down information or data into separate parts
    • Business acumen to create added-value to our company, managers, employees, and candidates by aligning HR practices with business objectives
    • Proficient written and oral communication skills
    • Ability to establish and sustain positive and productive interpersonal relationships
    • Demonstrate time management and prioritization skills necessary to complete tasks in a timely manner
    • Ability to accurately and thoroughly document, record, and maintain information and data
    • Integrity – job requires appropriate handling of confidential, sensitive information
    • Knowledge on the current employment laws and regulations including, but not limited to, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action

    Typical Experience:

    • 1+ year of experience in recruitment or relevant field and Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
