Job Description
THE ROLE
We are looking for a strategic, hands on, and collaborative person to lead our real estate and facility management work globally. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will be part of the growth journey of our exciting and fast-growing company. Working closely with business leaders and a wide range of external stakeholders, you will be accountable for establishing a proactive and strategic approach to Real Estate and facility management which allows consistency in our client facing approach and long term real estate planification. You will be responsible to build strategies & plans as well as partnering with workforce planning, finance, HR, with strong management skills to build and engage the team to deliver the strategy.
SCOPE AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Build real estate 3 years strategic plan, manage all leases transactions with our external partner and own all financial processes related.
· Oversees physical constructions projects in our sites, manage budget, resource planning and project delivery
· Oversees Facility management for all sites : maintenance, security, client facing runners and food services
· Build the “hub management” team and onsite process implementation
· Develop consistent approaches in our main sites to ensure all client facing services are delivered on time and with high level of quality (reception, office admin, travel)
· Manage and engage the team across the world to deliver best in class service to the brands.
· Play a critical role in building trusted relationship with business stakeholders and executive leadership, to capture their needs and communicate our value proposition towards employees and managers.
· Continuously assess tool, vendors and practices and how that can be leveraged to further strengthen our service to the business.
· Monitor and implement health and safety procedures and ensure to follow local compliance regulation for facility, security and data protection.
Qualifications
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Extensive experience in facility management, people management and client facing environment
· Experience working for a global business. Understand and convey complex concepts in simple and compelling ways.
· Demonstrate initiative, be strategic and forward-looking while at the same time taking personal ownership for everyday delivery.
· Able to manage large variety of stakeholders, including executive leadership.
