As a Global Operations Finance amp; Strategy MBA Intern, you will gain first-hand experience within the day-to-day activities of several Global Operations departments of the company. While at TechStyle, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skill set, think critically about complex challenges and drive meaningful change. This role will work closely with key members of several teams on various facets of the company both foreign and domestic to devise strategic solutions to unique business problems. This role will be expected to assist in financial analysis, modeling and evaluation in an effort to keep the business on track to meet its financial goals. Responsibilities: * Partner with the Chief Operating Officer and Global Operations team on strategic projects. * Partner with the Senior Director of Global Operations Finance amp; Strategy to evaluate current amp; future initiatives as well as financial opportunities and risks. * Review, evaluate and enhance existing financial models; support team leadership with financial assessment of strategic initiatives. * Assist with examination of potential partners and opportunities. * Think critically about business objectives as related to the global nature of the business. * Prepare analyses and recommendations to develop the long-term strategy of our Global Member Services, Global Fulfillment Center and Global Supply Chain operations globally; this includes industry research, assessing industry trends and competitive dynamics and developing strategic overviews. Required Skills: * Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or a business related subject. * Currently enrolled in an MBA program. * Proficient in Microsoft Office; eager to learn (or already proficient in) financial tools such as Anaplan and Adaptive. * Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. * Analytical skills as well as an ability to think critically about complex business issues and prioritize time-sensitive assignments. * Professional attitude. * Excellent sense of humor.
