Essential Duties, Responsibilities and Key Results Area: * Effectively collaborate with the business, IT, management and EDI trading partners/integrators on daily e-commerce/operational issue resolution, conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of issues and implementation of solutions to prevent reoccurrence. * Provide support to Order Management, Customer Service, Sales, IT, external service providers, Logistics, Manufacturing and Management ensuring all EDI transactions and communication protocols are correct * Effectively collaborate with the business, IT and EDI trading partners to gather, identify, analyze and document business/system requirements, to gather contact information and to map detailed process flow for projects, onboarding and enhancements. * Coordinates and proactively monitors entire onboarding process across EDI trading partners, business and IT from initial engagement, business setups through certification and successful implementation * Learn and understand the "as is " environments of multiple ERPs and existing business processes in order to understand the implications of issues from customer setup through shipping and invoicing. * Conduct "fit/gap" analysis to identify EDI, ERP or business process gaps for resolution * Complete test data setup and perform ERP testing for partner certification * Provide administrative assistance with contracts and support of third party hosted integration providers * Represent EDI in an advisory capacity on cross-functional teams and potential partner ventures/promotionals as needed * Maintain data repository of partner artifacts * Provide training to internal and external users as needed * Coordinate with business users and technical team for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and signoff * Coordinate with appropriate persons to ensure that we comply with all policies for system changes. * Provide regular updates to Supervisor/Manager and Sales Representative/Retailer as required * Provide data collection for EDI metrics and onboarding cycle time calculation * Deep knowledge of EDI transactions * Responsible for mapping requirements specifications (MRS) effectively into the appropriate ERP. * Develop key relationships with partners, TSI customers and third party providers. Qualifications: * Preferred BA/BS degree or 3-5 years of experience in retail customer service/order management or EDI project work required. * Technical and/or working knowledge of EDI, including implementation with retail partners. * Familiarity with order, inventory, warehousing and transportation management and end user training and project management. * Experience with Visio, Oracle, Microsoft AX Dynamics and Manbase a plus. * Deep knowledge of EDI transactions * Experience with third party integrators
