    The Function:

    The Test Stand Engineer will report to the Subsystem Test Operations Manager and will directly support activities related to the planning, preparing and executing technical work tied to testing, in coordination with Program Execution Engineers. Additionally, this individual will prepare hardware; facility or execute test through coordination with the Program Execution Engineers.

    The Test Stand Engineer will support assembly, installation, test experiment, removal, teardown and disposition of the test article. The Test Stand Engineer will provide validated data and prepare simple reports. The Test Stand Engineer will support preparation of cost and schedule estimates.

    • Produce basic reports in a defined format for use by others in analysis and decision making, to include test equipment or test article related risk analysis work.
    • Apply personal knowledge and experience to identify opportunities for enhancing technical delivery.

    What you’ll need:

    Basic Requirements :

    • Bachelor’s Degree minimum
    • 3.0 GPA
    • Must have graduated between May 2024 and May 2025

    Candidates will be able to/have:

    • Demonstrate how to identify a problem
    • Demonstrate written and oral communication to a variety of audiences (e.g. shop floor, technical experts, and management)
    • Efficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project

    Relevant Majors: Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • FAA Airframe and Powerplant License

    Work Authorization Eligibility : Must be a U.S. Citizen
