Technical Support Agents, working 24x7x365 located globally in places like Germany, Poland and UK, interact with our customers ensuring they receive the world class support that our company represents. This includes programs provided by universities, vocational schools, community colleges, institutes of technology, or other organizations that awards academic degrees.
