Candidates should have strong teaming skills and will be expected to coordinate closely with Communications, State and Local Government Relations, Boing Global Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Global talent Strategy to ensure work statement remains aligned with company strategy and vision. Prefer candidates with aerospace production or production support experience and knowledge of the processes and skills needed to manufacture commercial aircraft, project management, relationship building, external communications, presentations, and teaming. Statement of work to include responsibilities in: * Overarching plan that will help drive the growth and development of our WA state pipeline, exciting student and influencers for manufacturing careers. * Outreach tactic execution and oversight, such as; o Recognition plan o Swag plan o Specialty tours o Student summer camps o Counselor engagement * Messaging for Speaking events, Executive level events to volunteers in classrooms. * Executive support plan, Identifying target opportunities and providing the details behind the execution * Integration strategy for work with other internal organizations conducting similar activities * Developing and providing visibility of key performance indicators around outreach efforts Statement of work requires knowledge of and could potentially have activities in the following areas as: * Strategic Outreach at K-12 schools as well as Community and Technical Colleges (CTCs) * Analyze program visits to ensure school programs and industry needs are in alignment * Expand Student Development Programs * Training System Alignment activities * Skill Team interaction/support * BCA Manufacturing and Safety process improvements * Legislative and Government Relations support Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience. Required qualifications: * Bachelor's degree * 3+ years working with cross-functional organizations * 5+ year giving presentations and public speaking * Capable of traveling 25% of the time Preferred qualifications: * 1+ year supporting Manufacturing Operations * 3+ years with project management * 1+ year planning & executing diversity recruiting events * 3+ years experience in the areas of sourcing, academic program development, or recruiting at the High school or College level Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.
