The Product Owner will be on the front lines of driving the development and execution of new offerings that shape the future of Boeing's Training and Professional Services business. Primary Responsibilities: - Articulate and translates the product vision into user stories and tactics for a product - Manage scope and defines the minimum viable product for assigned work - Serve as a key link between Marketing, business areas and development teams. - Work with business sponsors to specify and scope features and understand and optimize functionality - Maintain and intimate understanding of product suite, customer workflow, and business and marketing strategy - Communicate the product strategy effectively to key stakeholders and team members - Validate requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with internal and external stakeholders - Incorporate stakeholder input into product roadmap while effectively negotiating tradeoffs of conflicting priorities based on value to the business and customer - Review, analyze and prioritize Voice of the Customer feedback to incorporate in user stories - Maintain the product priority backlog - Facilitate and encourages conversations between the business and technology to determine the what and how of each feature - Monitor progress and participates in technical release planning - Accountable for making rapid tactical development decisions if they impact functionality or usability - Develop partnership relationships with other technical, operational and business teams, maintaining working rapport with others to meet common goals - Manage and provide critical support and coaching to Core Team members as needed - Provide input and support for business analysis; support development of presentation material - Identify auditable processes and ensure all documentation, both internal and Client facing, is current and compliant This position is located in Renton, WA and will not offer relocation benefits. Qualifications Typical Education and Experience: Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study. Required Qualifications: - This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
