The change management specialist will work within a dynamic and diverse Systems Integration team that is responsible for accurate Systems design, configuration, and certification supporting the delivery of the entire 777 and 777X airplane family. The team supports the 777 fleet in service, and is also responsible for reducing cost of the airplane family throughout its lifecycle from design through build and delivery. As the 777X customer base grows, the diversity and breath of emergent challenges will also grow correspondingly creating an ideal environment for a challenge seeking individual. The change management specialist will execute Systems Production Revision Records (PRRs) and Rapid Revisions in close coordination with our Electrical, EE Subs and Change Board stakeholders. The candidate will also perform the Customer Intros for 777 and 777X by supporting completion of Integrated Work Statements (IWS) in support of IDAS, and also schedule work for Electrical and EE Subs teams. The specialist will execute MCs for 777/777X Electrical and EE Subs teams and support Bus Ops throughout the Cust Intro and Rapid P&O processes. In addition, the specialist will also help to coordinate solutions for PRR work statement issues and closely coordinate Statement of Work (SOW) scheduling with affected Engineering Teams and PP&C (Change Board) and performs Wire Design, Wire Installation, and Form board audits for the Electrical team for PRRs, Rapids, and MCs. Qualifications This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): - Minimum 3 years of experience working with Engineering Change Processes - Experience pulling data from ETAC (Engineering Tracking and Control) - Experience with Microsoft Excel/Word tools required. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): - 3 + years of commercial and/or airplane engineering environment experience that includes a heavy exposure to engineering change processing and engineering change types. - Familiarity with change processing tools and processes (e.g, CPS, IBEX). - Experience with managing Electrical change highly desired. - Excellent communication skills and close attention to details desired. - Ability to follow-up and coordicate with multiple stakeholders. Typical Education/Experience: AA degree in related discipline and typically 3 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
