This position will report directly to the Quality Site Leader, and will assist in the development of strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. This position will also be supporting the organization in a major cultural transformation. This role will work closely with the Management team and the Quality Staff in implementing improvement initiatives and corporate strategies. Additional job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. - Analyzes and interprets data. - Provides feedback on assessment results. - Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. - Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans. - Works under general direction. Qualifications Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience): - 2+ years of experience managing complex projects. - 3+ years of experience in a Staff Analyst or management support role. - Must be able to create multi management level presentations and drive weekly meeting cadence with staff. - This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22. C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Experience, Skills, and Qualifications): - Bachelor's and typically 4 or more years work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
