Summary: The Technical Support Services team is responsible for supporting Jeppesens leading edge products across all of our markets. We provide both mission critical support as well as user training on a vast array of electronic solutions including Flight planning, Navigational data and Electronic Flight Bags. As an intern, you will learn about leading edge aviation solutions, both from a user and support perspective. You will familiarize yourself with the systems we provide to flight departments around the world. Relocation is offered for this position Essential Functions: Provide issue resolution, leveraging shared knowledge documentation provided, or follow proper escalation procedures for engaging advance support teams. Create and maintain documentations that will be used as a self-help tool by our customers to resolve known technical issues. Identify and implement enhancements to team policies and procedures in an effort to drive ongoing efficiencies and cost-effectiveness. Education/Experience: Interns must be actively enrolled in some form of accredited higher education. This includes programs provided by universities, vocational schools, community colleges, institutes of technology, or other organizations that awards academic degrees. Interns must complete at least one year within their institution of higher education and carry a 3.0 grade point average before being considered for a Jeppesen internship.
