Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing repairs sold by Sales Representatives; fixed quoted, non-billable Time & Material, and part sales * Responsible for ordering material and making sure all material orders are processed daily * Maintain backlog reports; format and send to the branch weekly * Review cost to discuss with Repair Supervisor * Organize and facilitate a weekly backlog meeting; review new booking issues * Review all repair margins * Review start and end dates * Invoice repairs * Verify correct billing information; Create, print, and mail invoices * Close repairs * Ensure accurate costing * Provide branches with weekly revenue report * Provide excellent internal and external customer communication Your profile * High School Diploma * Strong customer service skills (3+ years' experience) * Ability to remain calm when confronted with difficult situations * Take direction in a positive manner * Attention to detail and organized * Team player with strong communications skills
