Mechatronics/Test Engineering Intern (20190745) Tracking Code 20190745 Job Description The Toro Company, located in Bloomington, Minnesota is currently seeking a summer intern in their Product Evaluation Department for the summer of 2019.This person will join a team of 3 Test Engineers working in a lab environment at our Corporate Headquarters! We are especially interested in a student with skills in but not limited to: Mechanical/Electrical component engineering and analysis Embedded Systems Programming Component quality engineering Fixture and system design Toro Product Evaluation Department summer internships are project and task based. Examples for the 2019 summer internship projects will be provided to candidates during our interview process. Specifics for our 2019 summer internship projects are finalized prior to the beginning of the program, and further details may be available to candidates during the interview process. An internship with Toro will provide you with a real world work experience and an opportunity to develop skills while working alongside a test engineering leader in the field. The intern may work on individual project as well as participate in a group project. This position typically encompasses a large variation in type of work performed from writing test plans and performing studies, to testing and qualification of electrical/mechanical components and software. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a student currently enrolled in a preferred course of study degree program (Mechanical, Electrical, Computer or Software Engineering) with a graduation date no sooner than December 2019.. Experience with Javascript, C++ and HTML is a plus.
