Our 230 employee, unionized facility is the metal fabrication Center of Excellence for Toro. We are located in Shakopee, MN. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with Operations Managers on mission critical projects that involve Human Capital. Partner with the Human Resources Manager on-site for Labor Relations, Staffing and Organization Design projects and activities. Work on projects to streamline HR processes and procedures within the facility. Partner with EHS and HR to create standardized work for each function. QUALIFICATIONS: Pursuing a Bachelors or Master degree in Human Resources or a related field with a graduation date no sooner than December 2019. Able to maintain the strictest confidentiality.
