Enjoy indoor construction with 3-day weekends. Schedule is Monday to Thursday (10 hours), and occasional half day Fridays may be required. Benefits include:

Job Responsibilities:

• Cut and fit metal panels & Trim
• Set windows and doors
• Paint and hang trim, lap siding, board & batten
• Install standing metal seam siding & roofing
• Install skylights

Skills Required:

• Tight tolerance fitting and finishing
• Eye for detail in finish work
• Cut and fit finish materials with least amount of scrap
• Ensure highest quality in all finishes
• Able to work without constant supervision

Experience:

• High school Diploma or GED
• 1-year production carpentry
• 1 year siding experience – lap, cedar, standing metal seam. trim, painting
• 1-year standing metal seam roofing installation.
