Qualifications
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university preferred.
- Eight (8) years of work-related experience, on-the-job training, and/or vocational training required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Demonstrated organizational, communication, problem solving, and people skills required.
- Knowledge of mechanical concepts and demonstrates ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Proven work experience supervising multi-disciplined teams.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- Physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body include climbing, lifting up to 50 pounds, balancing, walking, standing, stooping, and handling tools and materials.
- The work environment is varied from a typical office setting to a plant environment that may be hot, cold, dusty, and noisy. It is a requirement to be in and out of the plant on a regular basis. As necessary, must wear common protective or safety equipment, such as safety shoes, glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and hard hats.
