 PURPOSE OF POSITION:

This position will be responsible for product coordination between sales, ports of entry and production. In this role, will also manage and maintain the different processes that will help to maximize profitability.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Coordinate daily logistics of program commodities, including the analysis, management and tracking of all processes needed to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Analysis of vessel operations and truck loading processes as required to minimize wait times for customer satisfaction.
• Oversee and manage daily/weekly reports such as quality, inventories, sales, pricing, work orders among others.
• Monitor pricing strategies and audit contractual agreements to ensure overall compliance.
• Forecast volumes based on production and sales data.
• Adjust contracts and allocate product to maximize sales.
• Inventory and carryover control for ports, Distribution Centers and third party storage facilities.
• Verify all processes in the supply chain are consistent with category needs, including temperatures and fruit rotation.
• Manage department packaging needs to ensure ideal levels of coverage across all channels.

MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g. Business or Engineering, etc.), from an accredited institution.
• At least 2 years of prior experience with customer service, data analytics and inventory control.
• Some knowledge of produce industry, supply and food chain management and/or agricultural background.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Excellent communication (i.e. oral and written) and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
• Bi-lingual: English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.

Required Skills Required Experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post High School education/training or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
• Three (3) or more years of previous customer service and/or sales experience in a healthcare organization, medical office. Experience with health insurance products to include individual commercial and/ or Medicare plans.
• Must possess appropriate state Health Insurance License.
• Must be trained and certified by AHCT to sell exchange products.
• Experience using Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as other Internet and web-based tools. Experience preferred in Compass or Amisys.
• Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred. Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Knowledge of ICD-10 diagnosis, CPT-4, UB82 revenue codes, UB92 revenue coding and procedural coding preferred.
• Ability to perform in retail environment with extended periods of sitting, using telephone, viewing computer screens, standing, reaching, lifting files, binders, computer reports.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Moderate to heavy keying
• Bi-lingual preferred
