Responsibilities: In partnership with HR Managers, implement strategies that increase Inclusion and Diversity Initiatives Deliver timely and impactful employee communications that promote the Inclusion and Diversity Initiative Research, organize and compile Inclusion and Diversity information to present to various sources Identify human resources process improvement initiatives Support recruitment efforts with a focus on identifying diverse talent and developing next level Compile, analyze and report Human Resources Diversity metrics on a monthly basis to be reviewed by the leadership team Opportunity to work with various types of HR professionals Qualification: Basic Qualifications: Must have completed at least 30 hours of college coursework Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 Must be currently enrolled in a Master's program studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources related field Preferred Qualifications: Must be able to work in the Charlotte, NC facility while attending school full time Must be able to work a minimum of 20 to 30 hours per week while attending school Strong organizational and customer service skills Excellent writing skills Proficiency in MS Office applications Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently Ability to be adaptable and manage workload in a fast-paced environment, set priorities to deliver results Project Management Skills Willing to learn new applications (i.e. Microsoft SharePoint) Education: Graduate student studying Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or Human Resources related field.
