If those closest to you would use the words reliable and dependable to describe you, you could be a good fit for our team! The Monroe MRO is seeking an intern to support the aftermarket repair site. As an intern supporting UTAS Monroe Operations team, you will help collect data in support of product improvement to create better reliability for our customers in the field. In this role, the candidate will act as a data analyst working with operations and engineering to review repair orders to ensure appropriate data collection. The work required by this position could be completed remotely up to 50% of the time with weekly updates required on status to completion. Primary Responsibilities: -Review prior repair history for specific product lines to ensure data is collected to support product studies with engineering. -Report out weekly on progress and any interesting discrepancies or issues. -Support operations team in additional continuous improvement opportunities and event. -Support additional onsite projects as needed with operations, engineering, supply chain or customer service.This role is for Fall 2018. Qualification: Basic Qualifications: -Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Operations, or Engineering. -Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher. -Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework. Preferred Qualifications: -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, etc.). -Experience with MRP systems (SAP / JDE) a plus.
