Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: * Evaluate the MRB intake, turnback and outgoing processes looking for areas of improvement * Modify existing or develop new Standard Operating Procedures for the MRB processes listed above based on identified areas of improvement * Evaluate the Return to Vendor Process and identify areas for improvement * Evaluate the Detail Parts Management process and identify areas for improvement. Support development of a Standard Operating Procedure for Detail Part Management * Evaluate the Shop Assist Process with respect to Pratt and Whitney Automation and identify areas for improvement. * Support development of a Standard Operating Procedure for PWA Shop Assist. * Develop statistical process control metrics for MRB Operations. * Process analysis and improvements as described above * Statistical Process Control Metrics for MRB Operations Gain valuable experience in aerospace manufacturing quality processes, manufacturing process improvement, and manufacturing process development and codification. Auto req ID 72480BR Experience/Qualifications Must have excellent communication and problem solving skills and a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications. US citizen or US person. Job Discipline Quality: Quality Engrg Education Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree. Engineering majors preferred. Candidates must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
