Interns will be expected to understand performance, key parameters and important markers for a variety of systems and sub-systems used by UTAS in various aerospace applications. Interns may be tasked to learn these systems and components across all eight of the Business Units, Electric Systems, SIS, Aerostructures, Landing Systems, Interiors, EECS, ISR and Actuation. Interns may be called upon to investigate patents, articles and business analysis data on competitors in the various UTAS business units. Interns will be required to use fundamental engineering, physics, and chemistry to analyze, components, sub-systems and systems. This analysis may include thermal, fluid, electrical or other fundamental parameters as designated by the UTAS program office. Qualification: The candidate should be able to work in a team environment and have clear communication skills. U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency (Green Card). Education: The intern candidate should have completed at least 2 semesters in undergraduate studies with a major in the area of Engineering or science.
