The systems engineering intern works alongside experienced engineers to perform basic new-product introduction and entry into service support activities. Typical work tasks involve systems engineering support of new product introduction teams producing engineering requirements, design analysis and documentation, trade studies, and test procedures and reports. Other tasks may include performing statistical and qualitative analyses of data sets from company information systems, and assisting with system-level functional and performance testing. This position is for Summer 2019. Qualification: Basic Qualifications: -Must be pursuing a bachelors or masters degree inSystems, Electrical, Computer Science, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineeringfrom an accredited institution -Must have GPA of 3.0 or higher -Must have completed 30 hours of college courseworkPreferred Qualifications: -Strong writing and communication skills -Microsoft Office -Ability to work in a cooperative environment Education: Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Systems, Electrical, Computer Science, Aerospace, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution Nothing matters more to UTC Aerospace Systems than our strong ethical and safety commitments.
