    Intern Quality Training RTP, NC/en-US/External/job/RTP-NC/Intern-Quality-Training_R01008/apply The Job Details are as follows: Position Overview The Quality Training intern will assist in the execution of GXP Training processes and with the system administration of the associated Learning Management System. The intern will support Quality Training by reviewing documents, creating user accounts as well as maintain the training file room. Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities * Maintain and update CVs and job descriptions in MasterControl * Reorganize the training documentation file room * Performs supervised System Administration actions for the GXP LMS * Assists in recording training related information into MasterControl * Assist with the preparation of presentations for the MasterControl upgrade * Performs specific Quality related training under supervision * Collects training records and check for accuracy and completeness * Files training records * Creates and disable user accounts in MasterControl * Provides clerical and administrative support related to GXP Training and GXP Document Control * All other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements * Rising Junior Classman (2 years completed of a 4 year degree) Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
