JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Customer returns
• OIOB rescan
• Maintain all cleaning / ladder stations
• Safe forklift driving
• Process all iSAM closeout returns 
• Manage Z BIN
• Participate in QIP Team meeting / projects
• Increase WHS organization and product flow
• General warehouse work

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPECTATIONS:

• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
• Ability to learn use of hand held scanners and operating systems
• Good oral & written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated and teamwork focused
• Complete Lean 6 Sigma training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

• Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
• Warehouse environment
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Usual 40 hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
• Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance

Required Skills Required Experience

Education/Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree, strongly preferred – Engineering or Printing/Manufacturing degree helpful
• 5+ years of progressive management and supervision.
• Cutting experience desired.
• Supervisory experience in an organized environment.
• Continuous Improvement implementation experience.
• Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, develop, implement, and document systems for maintenance and control of products and processes.
• Strong knowledge of Employee/Labor Relations (organized workforce experience desired).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasis on Word & Excel.
• LEAN manufacturing training desired.

Working Conditions:

Office / Manufacturing environment, temperature depending on season, ear plugs required on production floor due to noise levels.
