The Rockwell Collins Interior Systems Summer Intern Program affords students the ability to: -Access and work with state-of-the-art equipment -Learn and gain practical experience in a hands-on environment -Work on projects and programs currently in progress at Rockwell Collins Interior Systems, which allows the intern to apply knowledge that contributes to the overall business -Earn a competitive salary during the program -Housing assistance (if applicable) -Gain possible future employment (P) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -Data analytics including review and updating of critical business details. -Provide support to program buyers in expediting, sourcing, negotiation, and design review. -Interface with stakeholders from key departments in support of ongoing projects and new developments. -Development of quick-reference sheet containing key contractual obligations. -Development of automated methodology to support preparation of leadership metrics. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -Minimum GPA of 3.0 -Completion of sophomore year -Enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters program for the Fall 2019 semester in related field (BS or MS in Supply Chain, Finance or an equivalent degree) -Available for a 12 week commitment between May August 2019. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS -Expertise with Excel and Access Databases is preferred.
