OUR ENGINEERING TEAM NORESCOs Engineering Group is responsible for identifying energy savings opportunities for large commercial and institutional facilities, including schools and universities. Our Engineering teams primary focus is to analyze current energy systems and consumption and to make recommendations for energy upgrades necessary to decrease overall energy usage and costs for that business. Here is a look at some of the things youll be doing. - Conduct energy audits in large commercial and institutional facilities. - Assist in identifying energy conservation opportunities associated with HVAC, EMS, and building shell systems. - Assist the team in performing building site investigations and energy savings calculations. - Provide written descriptions of energy conservation measures. - Analyze utility bill data to determine customer energy performance parameters. - Assist in the development of subcontractor scopes of work. Qualification: In general we look for candidates with the following credentials. - Ability to travel within the United States. - Proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Self-motivated. - Ability to report daily to our regional office in Atlanta, GA.
