Job Description
The VDP Specialist is responsible for analysis, program design, coding and testing of format program according
to customer submitted specifications. This position works directly with other team members to ensure quality
control standards are being followed and customer objectives are met. High standards of quality control
procedures must be strictly adhered to.
An Associate Degree in Computer Science or Imaging Technology or the equivalent in education and/or work
experience desired. Experience programming with Quadient’s Inspire Designer is preferred.
High communication skills both written and oral.
Problem solving skills are essential to this position. Responsible for developing and coding program logic,
making decisions on fonts/image placement, and utilization of programmed logic. Self-motivation and strong
organizational skills are required. Decisions need to be made to ensure customer requirements are met and to
plan, set up, and communicate with related departments while handling order specific questions.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $24.15 - $38.00 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
