    Specialist, Global Spend Transparency Program Corporate Services Boston, MA Full-Time Job Description As part of its commitment to being a transparent company in disclosing our interactions with healthcare professionals (HCP) and healthcare organizations (HCO), Vertex submits and discloses Global Spend transparency reports globally. Members of this team work with colleagues across the global Vertex organization to ensure timely and accurate reporting of interactions with these critical parties. This team member will play an integral role on the team by owning and supporting multiple efforts to meet the broad set of reporting requirements related to Global Spend Transparency. Key Responsibilities: - Ongoing data review of vendor and internal HCP and HCO data to confirm completeness and accuracy - Conduct data analytics and dashboarding efforts designed to assess data quality, root cause of issues, and support vendor managers - Serve as a subject matter expert and business partner to colleagues across the company as it relates to Global Spend Transparency reporting and data requirements - Support execution of Global Spend Transparency project plans related to data review and reporting efforts - Support systems and related integrations supporting Global Spend Transparency and escalate issues to team members to work towards solutions - Support continued process improvement efforts (e.g. dispute and inquiry resolution, sub-certification, data review and QC)Peer Review detailed data review and reconciliation HCP and HCO data conducted by team members. As needed, conduct data review.

    • Support the filing of Global HCP/O disclosure reports in accordance with applicable laws and codes, including EFPIA Disclosure Codes and similar reporting requirements throughout eastern Europe Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 3 years of experience in a reporting / control function or similar function - Bachelor's degree - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT, XLS, Word, and Project) is critical - Experience in reporting against legal obligations / requirements, including data analysis and report submissions - Strong attention to detail - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Capable of working independently - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines - Understanding of and working knowledge of the US Sunshine Act, associated regulatory reporting requirements, and general concept - Ability to meet multiple deadlines and perform under strict timelines.
