Work within an engineering team on the design, development, test and documentation of new products, modules and / or software. Work with a mentor throughout the design experience to learn techniques and skills needed to successfully accomplish the goals of an engineering development. ** ** Primary Responsibilities: ? Learn the triple constraints for the assigned task: the schedule, the budget and the specifications. ? Learn AvComm design processes, design standards, design guidelines and design tools. ? Produce a design (the assigned task) that conforms to triple constraint by ? Documenting the assigned task utilizing AvComm processes, standards and tools; ? Implementing the assigned task utilizing AvComm processes, standards and tools; ? Verifying the assigned task meets the triple constraint. ? Education including progress toward a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. ? Must be able to work within a design team. ? Knowledge of system and detail design concepts in electronic and/or software design, experience with electronic documentation techniques and tools. ?
