    • Lead the domestic wholesale channel, owning annual sales plans, sell-through targets, and gross margin objectives across key distribution channels.
    • Develop and execute a high-impact wholesale growth strategy, ensuring SPANX remains a top-performing brand within our retail partnerships.
    • Cultivate and strengthen retailer relationships, expanding SPANX’s footprint and identifying new growth opportunities and white-space innovations.
    • Enhance cross-functional collaboration, working with Planning, Merchandising, Finance, and Operations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
    • Set and uphold brand and selling standards, ensuring alignment across Account Management, Merchandising, and Wholesale teams.
    • Drive analytics-driven decision-making, implementing standardized reporting on sales trends, market dynamics, customer engagement, and inventory efficiency.
    • Own financial modeling and profitability assessments, partnering with Finance to evaluate new growth opportunities and sales-channel expansions.
    • Recruit, develop, and mentor a best-in-class Account Management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We require…

    • 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience in women’s apparel, intimate apparel, or a related category.
    • A growth mindset, with a proven ability to drive revenue in a high-growth, fast-paced environment—with a focus on sell-through and consumer demand.
    • Deep expertise in both brick-and-mortar and digital wholesale channels, with a strong pulse on the evolving retail landscape and wholesale business models.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and scaling high-performing account management teams.
    • Strong financial acumen, with advanced knowledge of key wholesale performance metrics (sales, gross margin, inventory turn, weeks of supply) and how to drive profitability.
    • A data-driven approach, with strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency—experience working with WMS, OMS, and data analytics tools is a plus.
    • Proven ability to navigate complex negotiations, leveraging existing relationships with key retail buyers to optimize partnerships and drive sales growth.
    • A collaborative and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
