View is seeking College Interns for employment in our high-volume manufacturing facility in Olive Branch, MS. The new facility will produce revolutionary, electrochromic, insulated glass units for installation in commercial and residential windows. Scope of Position: * Responsibilities include execution of experiments, equipment troubleshooting and equipment improvements * Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, operations, and vendors to improve overall performance of equipment * Work with engineers and manufacturing team to understand equipment capability. Hours of work/work schedule/flex-time:

    • 40 hours/week Required Education: * Seeking BS or MS in Science or Engineering (mechanical or electrical degree preferred) Required Skills:
    • Proficient in the use of MS Excel & Word * Technical curiosity and willingness to learn Desired Skills: * Familiarity working with PLC code (ladder logic) * Familiarity with process engineering tools such as Design Of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control. * Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems (motors, drives, control circuitry, etc.) Soft Skills: * Team player works well with people across the organization and willing to help wherever needed * Ability to follow department documentation processes * Strong written and oral communication skills
