Primary Responsibilities Located at Grace Lake Corporate Center (GLCC) in Van Buren Twp., Michigan, this role will function on-site assisting the Total Rewards department and HR service team with collecting and analyzing market data, assisting with compensation related projects and benefits administration tasks. Typical Duties * Assisting with Compensation and Benefits projects including; tracking vendor progress, identifying open items, working through resolutions and participating in meetings to deliver programs to employees * HR data analysis with various systems and tools; HRIS, market pricing tool and excel * Support the HR team with various types of communication tools to managers and employees for compensation and benefit programs * Global salary increase planning project * Miscellaneous benefits projects * Data collection and entry Requirements Years of Experience: Current enrollment in a Bachelors or Masters degree program Degree: required, strongly preferred: Human resources, business, accounting, or other related majors Desired Competencies/Experience * Detail oriented * Ability to adapt to a fast paced business environment * Ability to handle multiple projects at once * Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to quickly understand and complete tasks * Excellent communication and listening skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint Special Requirements * Flexibility in working hours to work with a global team may be required.
