PROJECT MANAGER to complete a 2-3 year project in Arkansas, LA, reporting to our Monroe Office.

JOB DUTIES:
The Project Manager has the overall responsibility for coordination and planning of Highway Construction Projects to include lay down Crews and other crews in an assigned Area. Responsible for crews having the materials when they need them, the correct tools, the right working environment, the correct information, the right equipment and enough manpower to get the work done on time and within budget. The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating with the Area Manager and all Superintendents to track labor and production costs on daily basis. This will be a collaborative effort with all the managers in the area.

Education/Experience:
Must meet CLIA 88 personnel requirements for high complexity testing.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions independently. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Good organizational the human relation skills.
Computer Skills:
Ability to use Microsoft Office products and various other computer software including Laboratory Information System.
Certificates and Licenses:
Specialty certification by a recognized certifying agency for clinical laboratory professionals preferred (ASCP, ASMT, NCA, etc). Must actively demonstrate the pursuance of specialty certification in chosen field of clinical expertise.
