  • Responsibilities

    Manage customer relationships and achieve sales goals by providing technical sales support of  the surface mutliplex pumps as well as hydralic jet pump, piston pump, and  rental services.  Executes sales plans within an assigned sales territory or account.

     

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills and other characteristics.     • Sells surface multiplex pumps as well as hydraulic jet pump, piston pump, and rental services. products and services by developing new prospects and services existing accounts.
    • Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or account.
    • Develops strong customer relationships. Identifies sales opportunities that will generate future sales and repeat business through direct prospecting, following leads, and networking.
    • Accountable for delivering positive results through strong negotiations which result in significant revenue generation and profits.
    • Understands customer’s needs and ensures products and services are positioned and understood by key decision makers.
    • Effectively positions and differentiates the company from competitors; identifies competitive threats and changing market conditions.
    • Deliver presentations for field or engineering teams, as well as help with troubleshooting customers wells.
    • Effectively uses sales tools and processes to promote an efficient and effective sales process.
    • Maintains confidentiality of all matters.
    • Other duties as required.

    Required Experience

    • Four or more years of relevant experience.
    • Experience in the oil and gas industry.

     

    EDUCATION, LICENSING, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

    Required

    • Associate's degree or technical degree in Engineering, Science, or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience.
    •  Valid driver's license in state of residence.
