    Job Description

    How will you make a difference?

    As a Warranty Administrator, you will serve as the central point of contact for warranty claims, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently. The Warranty Administrator plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships and supporting business operations by ensuring timely and accurate claim processing, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and minimizing service delays. Your attention to detail and coordination across departments helps build trust, improve service efficiency, and uphold the company’s reputation for reliability and responsiveness. You will collaborate across departments, maintain detailed records, and communicate with customers and manufacturers to resolve issues and uphold warranty standards.

    What will your typical day look like?

    The Warranty Administrator:

    • Reviews and processes warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
    • Maintains detailed records of warranty work, including parts, labor, and claim status
    • Coordinates with service, parts, and other departments to ensure timely claim resolution
    • Communicates with customers, technicians, and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues
    • Orders and tracks warranty parts to avoid delays in repairs
    • Stays current with manufacturer bulletins and warranty procedures
    • Identifies and resolves issues or delays in the warranty process
    • Ensures compliance with company and manufacturer standards
    • Performs other job-related duties assigned by management
  • Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
    • Technical trade/vocational education (preferred)
    • Associate degree in business administration or related field (preferred plus)
    • Experience in warranty administration or service coordination
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
    • Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
    • Commitment to ethical standards and trust

    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
    • Use of hands and fingers to operate computer and office equipment
    • Occasional lifting of files or office materials up to 25 pounds
    • Clear vision and hearing required for communication and documentation
    • Ability to wear PPE when on the shop floor

    Working Conditions

    • Work is primarily performed in an office environment with occasional visits to the shop floor. The role requires attention to detail, consistent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

    Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary rate for this role is currently $28-$34 The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands and work location.
