    Williams Lea is hiring for a remote Website Coordinator!

    Shifts:

    Mon-Fri; 12pm to 9pm EST (qualifies for an additional $1.25/hour shift differential)

    Mon-Fri; 7am-4

    Job duties

    • Utilize web-based content management systems to post, edit and update content on the firm’s public facing website.

    • Update, format, and publish web content including thought leadership publications, press releases, biographies, event and news items, blog posts, and other content as requested.

    • Assist with website data clean-up to ensure quality search results.

    • Other regular data tracking and reporting tasks assigned as needed.

    • Participate in all platform training sessions.

    • Proof website posting requests for content, formatting, consistency, and tagging.

    • Communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders, internal team members, and external vendors.

    • Assist with the creation and/or modification of other marketing projects as requested.

    • Handle sensitive and/or confidential information.

    • Adhere to firm policies in addition to client policies.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

    • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Excellent proof-reading skills.

    • Ability to independently prioritize work and juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

    • Experienced in working within workflow management tools like Workfront to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

    • Ability to develop and foster successful working relationships with legal and business professionals while providing exceptional customer service.

    • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite and basic html and Photoshop editing knowledge

    • Working technical knowledge of content management systems and email marketing platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, and Customer Insights Journeys).

    Additional Information

    The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $28hour - $29/hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
