The Warehouse Production Supervisor supports the day-to-day operations of warehouse and production activities across multiple departments, including Equipment Prep, Laundry, Maintenance, and Warewashing. Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring that daily processes meet company standards for quality, efficiency, and safety while supporting the broader goal of delivering world-class service and operational excellence. As the highest-ranking on-site leader during weekend shifts, the Warehouse Production Supervisor must demonstrate strong decision-making, communication, and team leadership skills to ensure continuity of operations and effective coordination with weekday leadership.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership:
Supervise and support warehouse production teams to achieve company targets in performance, quality, and efficiency.
Develop and implement policies, processes, and best practices that promote safe, efficient, and organized warehouse operations.
Oversee equipment storage practices, production standards, and industrial vehicle operations, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Plan daily activities, assign tasks, and optimize workflow to meet operational deadlines and service expectations.
Act as the primary leader on-site during weekend operations, ensuring timely decision-making and coordination across production departments.
Performance and Process Improvement:
Utilize data and performance analytics to monitor productivity, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Manage labor efficiency and control costs related to warehouse staffing, equipment, and utilities.
Review and verify time and attendance records, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with scheduling policies.
Lead initiatives that streamline warehouse workflows, improve production standards, and reduce operational inefficiencies.
Team Leadership and Development:
Coach and develop warehouse team members across multiple production departments.
Communicate clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Support performance management efforts, including coaching, feedback, and documentation, in partnership with the Warehouse Operations Manager as needed.
Deliver training programs, including industrial vehicle training, to ensure OSHA compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with other functional leaders to ensure warehouse activities align with client expectations and company objectives.
Act as a key point of contact for operational communication across warehouse functions and between internal teams.
Collaborate with the weekday Warehouse Production Manager to ensure smooth transitions between shifts and consistent performance standards across the week.
Client Focus:
Support a client-first culture by ensuring warehouse operations meet or exceed company expectations.
Partner with other departments to proactively address client needs, resolve service issues, and contribute to an exceptional client experience.
Safety and Risk Management:
Serve as the lead for safety initiatives within the warehouse, including conducting safety meetings, training sessions, and incident investigations.
Ensure equipment, industrial vehicles, and production practices meet regulatory and safety standards.

Schedule, Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
Shift: Friday-Monday, 7:30am-6:00pm.
Pay range: $25 to $30 an hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or production management roles.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a focus on problem-solving.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Solid financial acumen, with experience managing departmental budgets and controlling operational costs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) required.
Completion of a Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment through the Predictive Index required.
Successful completion of a company background check and drug screening required.
