    OVERVIEW OF WENCOR GROUP:

    Wencor is a leading provider of differentiated and IP-driven aftermarket solutions for the commercial aerospace industry. Warburg's thesis is to continue to support Wencor's growth through organic investments in people, product, and technology, as well as through tuck-in acquisitions.

    OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: In 2018 Wencor deployed Infor's M3 ERP platform to support its growing operation. The Information and Technology Department has an opening for an M3 Solution Architect located at the company's headquarters in Peachtree City, Georgia.

    The M3 Solution Architect will be a critical player in delivering ERP business analysis and application configuration, and will join a team accountable for ensuring the M3 ERP platform is well controlled, operating effectively and aligned with business needs.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Responsible translating business requirements into the system requirements, and many times implementing those requirements in M3.
    2. Gains understanding of business needs, researches, and implements solutions related to M3 system features, functionality, workflows, and configurations.
    3. Develops integration specifications among M3 and other applications. The specifications include the user interaction with M3 and the other applications as well as the critical data exchange among the systems.
    4. Modify MOM output documents to meet business needs.
    5. Provides oversight to contractors, consultants, offshore, and crowdsourced resources supporting ongoing project efforts

    OTHER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

    • Deep understanding of Infor M3 ERP Programs and Applications.
    • Deep understanding of Ming.le, Homepages, Workflows, and ION.
    • Working knowledge of SQL.
    • Knowledge of StreamServe.
    • Experience with Salesforce and / or Saleslogix (Infor CRM).
    • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure providers (e.g. AWS, Azure).
    • Knowledge of the principles and practices of systems analysis, and design, including software development and documentation.
    • Possesses strong business acumen and sound judgment / decision-making skills.
    • Quick learner with a positive attitude and professional demeanor, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
    • Comfortable taking initiative and working independently to achieve successful results with minimal guidance
    • Confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and see tasks through to completion
    • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization including Influencing and Change Management skills.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people inside and outside the organization.

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or other IT disciplines.
    • Three to five years of M3 work experience managing and implementing M3 feature and functions.
    • Track record of delivering successful M3 functionality to the field.
    • Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.
