    Western Digital                                                The next big thing in data is you!     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for quality, productivity, and cycle time, as well as accountable for individual results, at assigned operations.  
    • Must be able to understand and resolve job related problems within areas of responsibility.  
    • Must be able to understand and react to Statistical Process Control (SPC); read and understand production reports and process instructions; and able to work effectively within a team environment.  
    • Must possess good communication, problem solving and computer skills.  
    • Must be flexible, able to learn and apply knowledge quickly, and capable of operating multiple tools within a production cell in a fast-paced environment.  
    • The candidate will work in a class 100 cleanroom.   
    • Candidates must be flexible to work a 12 hour AWS Shift and overtime, as required by the team.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • Minimum 1-3 years manufacturing experience, or equivalent.  
    • Must possess a strong sense of urgency, commitment, and be results oriented. 
    • Must have basic computer skills, including knowledge of Windows and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.  Intermediate/advanced level of Excel a plus. 
    • Must be a self-starter and quick learner.  
    • Excellent dexterity when handling small parts is required.  
    • Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
