We are seeking highly motivated university students ready to contribute hands-on alongside our Sales teams as you develop your career. University students who graduated or are graduating from Dec 2021 to June 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Social Sciences, or related field are encouraged to apply. You will be considered for current and upcoming available new college grad roles_._ The Sales rotation program features a general orientation to the company and our Sales organization as a whole. 

Rotations will be in the following areas where you can be hired into a role within the group: 

• INSIDE SALES
• FIELD SALES
• CLOUD
• CONSUMER
• CHANNEL
• OEM
• BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Qualifications

• University students who graduated or are graduating from Dec 2021 to June 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sales, Social Sciences, or related field
• Right to work in the US without requiring Western Digital to commence or sponsor an immigration case in order to employ you (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and has demonstrated ability to work well with others through clubs, sports, and other extracurricular activities
• Strength in prioritization, time management and organizational skills
• Strong intrapersonal skills / relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Exhibits confidence in social environments / ability to easily connect well with others
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 
• Interest in HDD, flash, semiconductor, components, nonvolatile memory industry
