    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage key Photo tooling projects - new tool installs, support existing tools
    • Monitor both Photolithography process and equipment performance, identify issues and work with vendor, maintenance, or engineers to fix tool.
    • Certify and train maintenance, chemical technicians, and equipment tool owners.
    • Help to establish written procedures and specs for maintenance technicians.
    • Provide resolution/reduction of tool and process related rework and scrap issues.
    • Lead investigations for equipment related excursions with tool vendor in order provide viable solutions.
    • Responsible for the transition of new technology to production as well as sustainment of existing high volume processes.
    • Develop and implement lithography solutions to facilitate new designs, increase process margin and improve wafer yield.
    • Own coat, expose and develop processes related to wafer manufacturing - with focus on the apply and develop track.
    • Develop control strategies (SPC, APC) for improving and sustaining manufacturing processes (CD, OLY control, shape).
    • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver leading edge technology solutions for product, yield and cycle time optimization.
  • Qualifications

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Hands-on wafer lithography process and equipment experience using FSI Polaris, TEL ACT8/ProZ , or ASML ArF/KrF scanner toolsets.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and improve lithography processes.
    • Data analysis proficiency and statistics (i.e. JMP, SAS, SQL etc.).
    • Team oriented, good verbal and written communication skills, high integrity.
    • Work independently with minimum supervision and follow up issues to closure.
    • 5 years + of semiconductor/data storage wafer process/equipment experience preferred
    • Mechanical Engineering degree preferred
