    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Brand Management

    • Lead overall brand alignment and execution across multiple product brands to ensure brand excellence and health, through voice, creative and marketing.
    • Elevate our existing brands and come up with forward thinking GTM and ATL approaches to keep brands top-of-mind, innovative and in culture.
    • Drive partnership with cross-functional (Product Development, Packaging, Creative, Channel, Purchasing, Digital, Campaign and Communication) and regional affiliates in the development and implementation of cohesive global strategies
    • Ensure brand governance through continuity and accuracy, through the proper use of brand guidelines that outline the verbal and visual principles of our brands.
    • Successfully manage multiple brand-led initiatives simultaneously while working cross-functionally to deliver on campaign commitments.

    Awareness and Campaign Development

    • Plan and execute global brand and product campaigns, identifying effective ATL and BTL opportunities for reaching target audiences. Development and execution of content for advertising, promotion, collateral and web programs.
    • Oversees media planning, buying and budget stewardship on market-by-market media strategies to ensure support of sales, transaction and brand/ad awareness goals. Continuously evaluates and adjusts as needed.
    • Champion consumer understanding through traditional and innovative consumer research, insights and trend data, new brand approaches that can be applied to business needs.
    • Identify specific campaign KPIs and make sure necessary campaign reporting is in place to measure the effectiveness and ROI and optimize campaign results.
    • Develop strong relationships with internal PR and Social teams, along with agency partners, to maximize consumer exposure and alignment to a singular outbound strategy.

    Process Management

    • Lead cross-functional management to execute a cohesive, singular consumer market strategy across all touchpoints.
    • Manage the health of annual marketing budget, optimizing spend against business goals and objectives. Consistent management of project budgets, negotiated quotes, job numbers, invoices and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with agency partners and in-house teams to prioritize and optimize creative projects; Develop new processes and/or work within existing processes to accomplish assigned projects.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED: 

    • Must have at least 5 years of relevant Brand Marketing experience, preferably within the CPG or Technology category. Global/International brand experience a plus.
    • B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
    • History of demonstrated success with a broad range of marketing knowledge regarding strategic development and consumer understanding to production, including digital, print, video, retail and digital technologies
    • Experience managing ATL and holistic marketing campaigns, including TV, Radio, OOH, Digital and Channel.
    • Knowledge and understanding of current media trends, both within the CPG and/or Consumer Tech industries
    • Experience working with agency partners to develop world class marketing campaigns. Agency experience a plus.
    • Domestic and international travel expected
