ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supply / Demand Alignment
• Analysis of weekly gaps to demand or orders WW
• Identification of gaps
• Collaborate with cross functional stake holders on resolution or allocation priorities as needed
• Analyze and measure weekly supply and demand
• Monitor Channel Inventory levels and identification of potential supply gaps out before they occur
• Ensure supply prioritization across global team
• Assist in the escalating supply issues to Supply Chain Operations, and ensure all stakeholders are included
• Weekly reporting
• Ad hoc analysis
• Demand Planning/Allocation
• Back up for  HDD allocation with WW teams
• Assist in weekly HDD demand planning process
• Assist in weekly supply/demand analytics and trends
• Responsible for the creation and distribution of the weekly reports to stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Supply Chain (preferred) or 2 years equivalent experience in sales operations, logistics or business planning functions.
• Ability to gather, analyse data and make recommendations
• Strong understanding of product movement – factory to customer
• Ability to analyse processes and make improvement recommendations
• Computer Software Skills
• Expert skills in MS Excel
• Skills in Tableau
• Experience in using ERP systems; Oracle, SAP.

• Identify gaps between available supply and allocation and work with Supply team to correct
• Develop new reporting processes and tools to achieve efficiency in all duties and responsibilities
