    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • An Engineering Program Manager (EPM) is who drives product development activities coordinating with various development functions such as Mechanical development or Firmware development.  
    • An EPM covers Engineering part of entire HDD product development as a member of product development core team (Core team). Core team is lead by a Program Manager has the primary responsibility to plan, commit and execute the development activities to the successful launch of a HDD product.
    • An EPM works with other Core team members and functional teams in clarifying the requirement, determining the product specifications and design, creating and executing validation plans, analyzing the test failures and other technical issues to determine root causes, identifying and implementing corrective actions, confirming the fix of issues, to conform all the requirement to release and launch the new product.

    REQUIRED:

    • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in HDD product development, and related field
    • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
    • Ability to travel internationally

    SKILLS:

    • Exceptional project management skills organizing multi-functional and global teams
    • Wide knowledge of HDD design and manufacturing process
