Ensure regular and effective communication with customers, sales and cross functional teams within the company
Provide sales operations account support, identify problems and take corrective actions to achieve optimal results, including managing backlog, scheduling orders and providing product availability information
Focus and proactively strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency to customer service level metrics and identify initiatives to improve these metrics
Own account demand forecast by working with Sales and customers’ planning teams to understand consumption trends and plans as part of managing the operating rhythms of the supply chain.
Work closely with demand and supply planning, logistics and finance teams to optimize order to cash cycle
Report monthly & quarterly revenue and identify potential risks/opportunities to revenue plans
REQUIRED:

Qualifications
University Degree.
3-5 years relevant experience
Experience with operational issues associated with order management, background in managing a sales order backlog, scheduling orders, solving daily customer problems.
Knowledge of MRP and order fulfillment.
Experience in SAP/Oracle ERP.
Inventory management and shipping/logistics process knowledge is important.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package [Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint].
