    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee the Enterprise Architecture of  EDI/Application Integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA , Sterling Integrator and Tibco EDI
    • Must be able to coordinate with business users, understand their requirements and document the AS-IS and To-Be process, translate them into technical requirements for the development teams to start development.
    • Provide expert technical guidance in one or more middleware technologies, preferably in Tibco, SOACS, OIC and Sterling Integrator (SI)
    • Would be involved in design, build, modification, testing and maintaining various integrations within a company which continues to grow its Ecommerce, B2B, EDI and A2A capabilities
    • Experience working and implementing projects with global teams
    • Hands-on capabilities in EDI mappings, data transformations, preparing and interpreting mapping specifications and EDI implementation guides
    • Coordinate and drive unit testing, SIT and UAT with internal application and business teams and external partners
    • Troubleshoot day-to-day problems with interfaces, propose and develop enhancements and drive continuous process improvements

    QUALIFICATIONS

    REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor's degree; 8+ years of Professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with business clients.
    • Experience managing development engagements, working with multiple stakeholders for project implementation, enhancements etc. in the integration technology and platforms for connecting ERP systems with other web-based platforms
    • Experience supporting multiple application/EDI integrations developed using Oracle B2B/SOA/Fusion middleware/Tibco/Sterling Integrator
    • Experience in implementing and supporting EDI messages in ANSI X12, EDIFACT and Rosettanet formats - 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 945, 214, 210, 110, 867, 846, 852, 861, 855, ORDERS, DESADV, INVOIC, ORDRSP etc.
    • Must have experience interfacing with EDI VANS (Sterling, Inovis, etc.)
    • Have extensive experience supporting Integrations between SAP and other apps like SFDC, Hybris, Oracle ERP cloud modules, OTM, Workday, Box etc.
    • Experience with various data communications protocols such as SFTP and AS2
    • Excellent knowledge of XML, XML schemas and XSLT
    • Domain knowledge of ERP processes like Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Procure to Pay etc.
    • Experience in implementing EDI-B2B integration for VMI hubs, 3PLs, contract manufacturers etc.
    • Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in offsite and remote locations
    • Strong understanding of working and architecture of integration frameworks
    • Strong leadership and customer handling skills
    • Self-motivated and willing to take proactive steps to accomplish project goals
    • Ability to work in a virtual team which could be spread across regions, cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the organization including suppliers, partners and customers
    • Experience with Oracle JDeveloper
    • Experience building and consuming RESTful web services
    • Experience writing scripts in SQL and PL/SQL as well as utilizing an Oracle Database
    • Experience using source code control system GIT
