    Job Description

    The next big thing in data is you!

    Mfg. Operartor working in a Class 100 Cleanroom. Individual is responsible for quality, productivity and cycle time, as well as accountable for individual results, at assigned operations. Must be able to understand and resolve job related problems within areas of responsibility. Read and understand production reports and process instructions; and able to work effectively within a team environment.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for quality, productivity, cycle time, and tool utilization.
    • Must be able to recognize and drive resolution of minor tooling or process problems within areas of responsibility.
    • Must be able to understand Statistical Process Control (SPC); read and understand production reports and process instructions.
    • Must possess good communication, problem solving, computer and team skills.
    • Candidate must be flexible, able to learn quickly and apply knowledge.
    • Candidate will work a 12 hour Alternate Work Schedule (AWS), and will be expected to work moderate overtime.
